Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and contracting party

These Terms govern use of 2XiDES and, where applicable, paid digital features. Contracting party:

2. Eligibility

2XiDES is an adults-only dating service. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and permitted to use the service under applicable law. You must provide materially accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.

3. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Certain identity and integrity fields, including date of birth and gender where configured, may be locked after onboarding. We may require reauthentication or verification before sensitive account actions.

4. Profiles, discovery and matching

2XiDES provides profile discovery, matching and communication tools. Discovery ordering may consider preferences, distance eligibility, profile completeness, recent activity, safety eligibility and other product signals. Paid visibility may improve placement only for profiles that are otherwise eligible to appear. We do not guarantee profile views, Likes, Matches, replies, dates, compatibility or relationship outcomes.

5. Likes, Matches and messages

Free and paid plans may have different usage limits and benefits. Limits may be enforced server-side. A mutual Like can create one Match and one Conversation when both members remain eligible to interact. Blocking, account restrictions, deletion or other safety actions may end visibility or messaging.

6. Roses

A Rose is a credit-based expression of stronger interest. Receiving a Rose does not itself open normal chat. If the recipient Likes back, the normal reciprocal Match and Conversation rules apply. Rose availability, pricing and credit cost are shown in the app.

7. Direct Introductions

A Direct Introduction is a controlled credit-based message request that may be sent before a mutual Match. The recipient may accept and chat, decline, block or report the sender. Anti-spam and safety limits apply, including restrictions on repeated unresolved introductions between the same two members.

8. Credits and virtual features

Credits are digital units usable only for eligible 2XiDES features such as Roses, Direct Introductions, Boost or Featured promotion. Credits are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between members and may not be sold or exchanged outside the service. Credit balances and spending are determined by our server-side records. Refunds and reversals are handled under applicable app-store rules, consumer law and transaction records.

9. Featured and Boost

Featured and Boost are visibility features. They may increase placement or exposure for a defined period but do not override blocks, preference eligibility, moderation restrictions, suspensions or other trust controls. They do not guarantee views, Likes, Matches or dates. Where Boost performance statistics are displayed, they are based on activity that can be reasonably attributed to that Boost period.

10. Free, Premium and Elite

2XiDES may offer Free, Premium and Elite access. Paid membership benefits are determined by the active entitlement. Available durations, local prices and taxes are displayed in the applicable app store before purchase. A shorter Premium duration provides the same Premium feature entitlement as a longer Premium duration; duration changes the billing period, not the feature tier.

11. App-store billing, renewal and cancellation

Mobile subscriptions and eligible digital purchases are processed through the relevant platform store, such as Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Store billing terms, renewal rules, payment methods and refund rules also apply. Cancelling renewal is separate from pausing or deleting a 2XiDES account. Unless applicable law or store rules provide otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal while paid access may continue until the end of the current paid period.

12. Pause, deletion and data requests

A temporary Pause/Deactivate option may make a profile non-discoverable without deleting the account. Permanent account deletion is a separate action and may require reauthentication and explicit confirmation. Once a deletion workflow begins, the profile may become non-discoverable and active sessions may be revoked. Personal data is then deleted or anonymised subject to lawful accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, moderation, safety and security retention obligations.

13. Blocking, reporting and moderation

Blocking is a private safety action. Reporting creates a moderation case. We may process the information reasonably necessary to investigate a report, enforce these Terms, protect members, comply with law or respond to valid legal process. Safety and verification systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee another member’s identity, intentions or conduct.

14. Prohibited conduct

• Harassment, stalking, threats, hate, degrading abuse or repeated unwanted contact.
• Impersonation, romance scams, fraud, extortion, phishing, financial exploitation or requests for money made dishonestly.
• Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, exploitation, trafficking-related conduct or any content involving minors.
• Spam, scraping, unauthorised advertising, commercial solicitation, automated account activity or manipulation of ranking, credits or billing.
• Publishing another person’s private information without permission or attempting to bypass blocks, moderation or security controls.
• Using 2XiDES for unlawful conduct or in a way that materially harms other members or the service.

15. User content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant 2XiDES a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the service. You must have the rights needed to upload the content.

16. Third-party services

2XiDES relies on third-party infrastructure and platform services for hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, app-store billing, entitlement management and support. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy obligations.

17. Service availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended or retired for security, legal, technical or product reasons. Paid entitlements will be handled in accordance with applicable contract, consumer and app-store rules.

18. Enforcement

We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, comply with law or protect service integrity. Serious safety concerns may require immediate restriction. Where appropriate, users may contact support regarding an account decision.

19. Consumer rights and withdrawal

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Digital-content, subscription, cancellation, refund and withdrawal rights may depend on the transaction type, your country and the store through which the purchase was made. Where German law requires a cancellation function for eligible online contracts, the applicable interface must comply with those requirements.

20. Liability

2XiDES is a platform for discovery and communication and is not a party to relationships or offline meetings between members. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is legally prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health or other mandatory statutory liability.

21. Governing law

German law applies subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user’s country of residence.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, law or operating model changes. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way before they take effect where required.
