1. Scope and contracting party
These terms govern use of 2XiDES and, where applicable, paid digital features. Contracting party:

2. Eligibility
2XiDES is intended only for adults. Users must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity performed through their account. Date of birth and certain identity fields may be locked after onboarding for integrity and safety reasons.
4. Matching and communication
2XiDES provides discovery, matching and communication tools. There is no guarantee that users will receive matches, replies, dates or relationships.
5. Paid plans and digital features
Premium and Elite subscriptions, credits, Roses, Introductions, Featured placement and Boosts may be offered. Prices and durations shown in the app or app store at the time of purchase apply. Store-billed subscriptions are also subject to the applicable Google Play or Apple terms.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Where a subscription renews automatically, users can cancel future renewal using the relevant app-store subscription controls. Paid access normally remains available until the end of the already-paid period unless applicable law or store rules provide otherwise.
7. Conduct and safety
Harassment, fraud, impersonation, threats, exploitation, unlawful content and attempts to evade safety controls are prohibited. 2XiDES may block, restrict, suspend or delete accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement or legal compliance.
8. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. Where German law requires a cancellation or withdrawal function for contracts concluded through an online interface, the relevant interface must comply with those legal requirements.
9. Liability
Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is legally prohibited.
10. Governing law
German law applies subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user’s country of residence.
