Delete Account
You can request deletion even if you can no longer access the app.
In the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. The production flow requires reauthentication and explicit confirmation.
From the web
Email us from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject Delete my 2XiDES account.
What is deleted
Your profile is made non-discoverable and the controlled deletion process removes or anonymises personal/profile/discovery data and associated content, subject to lawful accounting, fraud, security, moderation or other retention requirements.
Subscription cancellation is separate
Deleting an account and cancelling a paid subscription are separate actions. If you subscribed through an app store, also cancel renewal through that store.
