Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Scope and prohibition
These standards apply to 2XiDES, its users, profiles, messages, images, reports and other user-generated content. We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child, including grooming for sexual exploitation, sextortion, sexual trafficking of a child, solicitation of sexual content involving a minor, or any attempt to create, upload, distribute, request, trade or promote CSAM.
2. Adults-only access
2XiDES is designed for adults. Accounts belonging to, or reasonably suspected of belonging to, minors may be restricted, suspended or removed. Age and profile verification measures may be used as part of our safety processes.
3. In-app reporting and blocking
Users can report another member or content from within the 2XiDES app. Reports create a safety/moderation case for review. Users can also block another member to stop mutual visibility and messaging. Reports involving possible child exploitation or abuse are prioritised for safety review.
4. Action on CSAM and CSAE
When 2XiDES obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or other prohibited child-exploitation activity, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. This can include removing or disabling access to content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving information where legally appropriate, and taking additional protective action needed to reduce further harm.
5. Reporting to authorities
2XiDES maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional/national authority where required by applicable law. Where there is an immediate risk to a child, users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services without delay.
6. Cooperation and legal compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and respond to valid legal requests from competent authorities. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or evidence-preservation obligations.
7. Child safety point of contact
2XiDES Child Safety / Trust & Safety
Email: support@2xides.com
Please use “Child Safety Concern” in the subject line for reports involving possible CSAE or CSAM. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM by email.
8. Related policies
These standards operate together with the 2XiDES Terms and Conditions, Data Protection information and other safety rules presented in the app.
These standards describe 2XiDES safety practices and do not replace emergency services or legal advice.
